In May this year a very happy young couple – Seanan and James – were handed the keys to their luxury new turnkey home in Cloughan View, Ballyclare.

And after moving from a small rented apartment to their dream 4-bedroom semi-detached house, ‘everything had fallen into place effortlessly.’

Reflecting on the experience, Seanan said: ‘It only took three months from the moment we reserved the house to the day we got the call from the site foreman for the handover of keys. To say we were amazed is an understatement!

‘We already knew the area, and after the Jubilee Road opened, I used to walk by the development as construction began. From the very beginning I had a feeling it was the perfect place for us. The location is so convenient for getting into town and Belfast city is only 20 minutes away.

‘I kept nudging James about it, but he really paid attention when we saw the massive Christmas tree all lit up. That’s when we both just knew this was the place for us!’

Also delighted with the smooth transition of the purchase, partner James added his thoughts.

‘To be fair, Seanan handled most of the selections, but from our first appointment right up to today, the whole team, Gordon from Simon Brien, Allan from Braidwater, and all the guys on-site, have been incredible!

‘Anything we asked for or queried was dealt with promptly, and we’re so grateful for how well we’ve been treated. It really made our dream home a reality.’

Stating that committing to Cloughan View was the right decision, James added: ‘Our apartment was always a short-term rental while we searched for our permanent home. We explored other options, but nothing felt right until we viewed Cloughan View. From the stunning show home to the choices we had, the whole process went smoothly, and Braidwater delivered on every promise.’

When asked about the difference between moving from renting to owning a gas-heated home, the couple said: ‘Heating this home is so easy. It’s shocking how much less we’re paying now compared to before. The savings on electric and gas have made a huge difference to our monthly expenses’.

The couple also praised Braidwater for the attention to detail and giving them their dream home.
